Yesterday was Indonesia's Independence Day and I want to say that I'm proud to be Indonesian. This outfit was inspired by Independence's Day occasion, and maybe for fashion blogger standard, this is not red-and-white enough.. hahaha... I think that's right, but this time, I am not going to show how nationalist I am.. I prefer to share this simple look that somehow represents me and my country: Independence.
Homecoming is the tradition of welcoming back alumni of a school. It is a tradition in many universities, colleges and high schools in the United States. People, towns, high schools and colleges come together, usually in late September or early October, to welcome back alumni and former residents, To be honest I don't really understand why they should arrange this kind of "2nd prom" of alumni and "pre-prom" for freshmen and sophomore students. In Indonesia, alumni usually make reunion by themselves, dinner together and talk about what they've done, and they rarely make some kind of reunion party with their junior, like homecoming. However, it's the party we're talking about, right? So let's focus on the dresses!
as a girl who likes fashion, I am subscribing myself to almost all fashion stores that has a newsletter..and it makes my inbox full of newsletters everyday. Hahaha. However these newsletters are useful and inspire me, though sometimes it tempts me to buy lol.. So this time I think I should share some style guide that I got from my recent newsletters.. but I change the annoying "shop now" words in the spreads with the store's name. I think I need to save that style guides here because I will clean my inbox regularly, once a week.. hahah. Hope this useful and have a nice day girls ;)
